How to reach us

We reply to e-mails - usually within a few working days. For support requests, please include the tool you were using and the steps that led to the problem, so we can reproduce it.

Reporting issues

If a tool misbehaves, describing the input you used and what you expected to happen is the most helpful thing you can send. Issues reported by e-mail are tracked and fixed in the same way as the bugs we find ourselves.
